Pack of 10 herbal medicine bags.

It is ok to re-use one medicine bag up to 1 time. Do not use metal basins as the metal can react with herbs reducing their effectiveness.

Herbal Ingredients: Du Yi Wei (Herba Lamiophlomis Rotata), Hong Jing Tian (Rhodiola Tibetica), Zang Hong Hua (Stigma Croci), Qiang Huo (Notopterygii Rhizoma Et Radix), Zang Chang Pu (Acori Calami Rhizoma), Ku Shen (Radix Sophorae Fiavescentis), Gan Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), Ai Ye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi), Ka Ru Cha (Tibetan salt).

Preparation: place 1-3 herbal medicine bags into a basin and add 5-8 cups of boiling water. Steep and wait until it cools down to 43 degrees Celsius (110 Fahrenheit). Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. Keep adding hot water during soaking.

Storage: Please store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed after opening.
